Sears has called upon EMPIRE REAL ESTATE several times for assistance in identifying and negotiating short term leases for space in excess of 20,000 square feet. These assignments are in support of a multi-year store renovation program being carried out across the Commonwealth of Virginia.

EMPIRE REAL ESTATE represented G.E. Richards in the search for 2,700 +/- square feet of office and warehouse space. They needed space quickly and in a specific area of town. EMPIRE located a brick building and negotiated a lease that included tenant improvements at a very competitive rental rate.
