RIVER RUN
River Run is a 43,000 square foot Flex Building located in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. Empire Development assisted Deep Rock Properties, LLC in positioning the property for lease or sale, and served as landlord's representative in lease and sale transactions. Empire assisted in getting the building 100% leased on a short term basis while the project was being sold to an end-user.

PORTSMOUTH RETAIL
Empire assisted a long-time client with the identification of damage done by a new tenant occupying an existing building. The tenant had demolished expensive kitchen equipment and made other alterations not identified on the plan. Empire reviewed the work, discerned that the damage was not severe and quickly contacted equipment vendors to get replacement pricing.

Empire Development was retained by CGM Investments to evaluate this 390 acre ranch located near Jackson Hole, Wyoming. The property is being considered for a conservation easement and has views of the Teton Mountain range, lies within a mile of the Teton river and provides winter habitat for migrating elk herds.
